Please review the following labels/stickers artwork guidelines before sending your artwork files to Labels China.
Platform
- We operate PCs.
Software Supported (PC versions)
- Corel Draw X4, Adobe Illustrator CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS4 etc.
- If you use any other software please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
File Format
- We prefer EPS, PDF or CDR files.
File Specifications
- Vector Graphics
- Color – CMYK
- Image – 300 DPI
- Fonts – 7 points minimum
- Bleed – The bleed requirements are 3mm all round.
- Text – All text must convert to curves / outlines.
- Include all label files, all support files, and fonts.
Color Specifications
- CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key/Black).
- PMS or Pantone colors should be specified when appropriate.
- Remove unused colors from palette.
- Print all separations before sending artwork to make sure all colors separate properly.
File Transfer
- Send Email attachments, 20MB or smaller, to sales@labelschina.com or by MSN, Skype etc.
- Please Supply a color hardcopy printout or PDF for layout and checking purposes.
Proof
- You will get an PDF proof or JPEG visual of your label prior to production.
Content
- Artwork cannot contain copyrighted images or text unless customer owns or has licensed such material.
- Labels China retains final approval on artwork.
Approval
- Customer must approve artwork prior to printing.
- Customer-requested changes to label designs, whether the design was prepared by the customer or Labels China, which are made after final approval and after label printing and/or application will be subject to additional label production charges.
- Customer agrees that Labels China reserves the right to use their label on the Labels China website and for other promotional purposes.
