Permanent adhesive, removable adhesive, security adhesive, no adhesive. - Methods of Printing?
Letter Printing, 6 Color UV Rotary Printing, Offset Printing, Silk Screen Printing, Digital Printing, Barcode Printing etc. - Do you use the Pantone Color Matching System?
Yes, we use Pantone Color, Custom Ink Color Matching. - How many colors can you imprint?
Spot Color, 4 Color Process, Full Color Printing, 1-6 Color Printing. - Can you print gold or silver ink?
Yes, we can print gold/silver ink. Or gold/silver foil stamping. - Can you design my label?
If you have your label design elements (text, graphics, barcode, etc.) our art department can help you on the artwork. - How can I send you my label artwork?
The easiest and fastest way to send label artwork is via email sales@labelschina.com. - What kind of label artwork files do you accept?
We prefer files created in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, such as .ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf etc. - Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our labels do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The more you order, the lower the price it will be. - What are the Finishing/Lamination options?
Lamination (Gloss/Matte), UV Varnish, Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing, Serial Numbers/Bar codes etc. Labels generally look better and are more durable with a laminate. A laminate can give your label a gloss or matte finish and it provides a protective layer between the ink on your label and the outside world. - Can you make special shapes?
We can make special shapes as per your logo and design. Circle, oval, square, rectangle etc. - What standard sizes do you have?
We have a very large range of standard sizes in stock. We can always create a custom size for you. - Will my custom labels come on rolls or on sheets?
On your request. We can supply printed labels on sheets(Hand-apply) or rolls(Auto-apply). - Can you send us any samples?
Of course. Please email us with your address details, telephone and contact name, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If you are outside the China, there is only a freight charges. - What type of proof will I receive?
You will get an PDF or JPEG visual of your label prior to production. However, we will provide a actual outcome proof as your demand. - What is your delivery time for my labels?
Normally we will take around 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation on artwork. Depending upon orders in our plant and the quantity of your order, we would let you know when you place the order. - What shipping methods do you use?
Your labels may ship via DHL, EMS, FedEx, By Sea or Air, Worldwide Delivery, 3-5 Days, Door to Door. - Can I track my label order?
Once your labels are shipped you will receive an email with tracking #. - What kind of payment method accepted by Labels China?
We accept T/T(Bank Wire Transfer) , Paypal, Western Union or Money Gram etc. - I’ve never had to produce labels before, where do I start?
