The process for ordering your custom labels with Labels China.
Step 1: Get a Quote
- Fill out quote form or send us a enquiry via email sales@labelschina.com.
- You need to tell us your requirements on the labels, final artwork or picture with full details: Material, Size, Color, Quantity, Finishing and any special instructions.
- We will send you quotation based on the item.
Step 2: Confirmation on Quotation
- Quotation including all your Label Details, Delivery Terms and Payment Terms etc.
- Quotation approved and ready to order.
Step 3: Supply Artwork
- Send us your label artwork files by email sales@labelschina.com.
- If you have a question on the label artwork, please go to artwork guidelines.
- If you have your label design elements (text, graphics, barcode, etc.) then we can help design your custom label for free.
Step 4: Place Your Order
- You can order labels online by simply emailing your artwork to sales@labelschina.com.
- Please include all the details of your order: label size, color, quantity, material, finishing and any special instructions.
- Please also tell us the Delivery information: Company Name, Attention, Physical Address, Zip Code, Telephone/Cell so that we can issue invoice.
Step 5: Invoice
- Labels China issue Proforma Invoice.
- Invoice including all your Label Details, Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, Bank details etc.
Step 6: Payment
- Payment On Ordered Item.
- You can pay for your order by T/T(Bank Transfer), Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram etc.
Step 7: Proof
- We will always email you a color proof to check before we go to print.
- You will get a PDF or JPEG visual of your label prior to production. However, we will provide a actual outcome proof as your demand.
Step 8: Print
- Client confirmation on artwork, acknowledgement to proceed.
- Once proof has been approved your custom label will be printed within 5 working days. Please note that the printing process usually takes less than 5 working days.
- Printing and Quality Control process by Labels China.
Step 9: Shipping and Delivery
- Deliver finished labels to you.
- Worldwide Delivery.
- Your labels may ship via DHL/EMS/FedEx/UPS, 3-7 Days, Door to Door. By Sea or by Air, on your request.
- Once your labels are shipped you will receive an email with tracking #.
